We use the REGISTERED AIR Small PACKET (e-packet) via the Japan Post Service.
e-packet is small articles can be sent at a lower rate than EMS (Express Mail Service) or Parcel Post.
The maximum weight for these packages is 2 kg.

With this service, delivery usually takes about 10 to 14 days to Europe and North America.
（We are afraid that due to the effects of the Corona virus, arrival will be delayed than usual.）

You can track your parcel on the e-packet website using the tracking number that we will inform you of at the time of shipment.
